Once I started this book, I really had no idea how SGJ was going to manage to end it. I was mad about how many characters had to die to get there (I get it, it's a slasher, they have to die. But really? All of them?), but I felt very satisfied with the ending. It, along with the acknowledgements, was surprisingly sad and touching and heartfelt. Everything from the whole trilogy gets wrapped up in a neat little bow, and it feels like the town of Proofrock can finally relax.
